Movement. It Does Your Brain Good.


It is well known that exercise enhances our cardio and muscular fitness, but in fact is also has SIGNIFICANT TONING BENEFITS ON THE BRAIN.


Going for a walk or run, doing jumping jacks, dancing, push-up, whatever it may be… it releases chemicals like ENDORPHINS and DOPAMINE in the brain.

Releasing endorphins regulates our mood and sense of pleasure.

When we release dopamine, we stimulate our attention system.

I think BRAIN BREAKS work really well. Work for period of time (20, 30 mins) then get up and move for 3-4 mins. Dance to your favorite song, check the mailbox, do desk exercises. This is a great productivity technique for everyone.
